The Romanian Association for Wind Engineering (ARIV) together with the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) are pleased to invite you to join the 8th European-African Conference on Wind Engineering !
We trust that this international event will be an excellent opportunity to extend the boundaries of the wind engineering community and to strengthen the collaboration between researchers around the world.
8EACWE2022 will be the 8th in a series of European and African conferences organized on a four-year cycle under the auspices of the International Association of Wind Engineering (IAWE). The first EACWE was held in Guernsey in 1993 and was followed by conferences in Genoa (1997), Eindhoven (2001), Prague (2005), Florence (2009), Cambridge (2013) and Liège (2017).
You are invited to submit a 4-pages extended abstract by March 7th 2022. The abstract will follow the template and be submitted via the EasyChair platform. The submission system will be opened starting January 17th , 2022.

- 8EACWE 2022 Special Issue: Selected papers presented during the conference will follow the rigorous review standards of Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics (JWEIA) and be published in the Special Issue volume.
